Maybe it’s lost in translation, maybe our room wasn’t correctly prepared. Expedia has among its amenities bathrobe and slippers, but there were none in the room. Their website specifies “ The library and magazines in your room where you can read about the history of wine, events, cellar tours, tastings and the grape harvest in our vineyard.” There was none of that in the room and was not given information either when checking in. Not sure even if that is only offered during certain times of year. I picked this hotel to give my wine aficionado husband the opportunity to try local wines, understanding that options would be given on site, but only had the wine we picked for dinner at Ottolune (amazing BTW). Another discrepancy is the check-out time: it is specified on Expedia as “before 11:00AM”, but on the only paper available in room, it said that it was at 10:00AM. Other that these discrepancies, it’s a quiet and beautiful location worth visiting. Oh, and practice your italian for a better experience

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet établissement. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le château Castel del Monte, juste à côté. Les lieux sont jolis et soignés. La chambre était sobrement décorée mais un peu spartiate et manquait de charme/personnalité et, on s'attendait à mieux pour un hôtel qui se vente d'être "luxury" et par rapport au reste des lieux. La literie et les oreillers beaucoup trop fermes à notre goût, nous avons mal dormi tellement ce n'était pas confortable. En revanche, le dîner dans le petit restaurant de l'établissement était excellent ! Nous nous sommes régalés ! Le petit déjeuner très bien aussi. Personnel de l'établissement très aimable.

Ma che bello!

Struttura semplicemente stupenda, luogo ideale per partire in visita a Castel del Monte, dato che è letteralmente a due passi dal Castello. Personale davvero eccezionale, Fabrizio, Arianna, lo Chef Lorenzo sino alla Sig.ra Rosa e chiedo scusa se non ricordo tutti i nomi. Ideale per rilassarsi, godersi la campagna Pugliese e la sua cucina. Torneremo sicuramente!
