Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, visiting the UNESCO listed Hahoe Historical village. Hotel is very clean and beds are comfortable. Staff at hotel reception were EXTREMELY helpful. When I had trouble booking for my onward bus/train journeys on line, they took time to help me book all my onward journeys !! In particular, I would like to thank these 2 staff : Ms Won Young Jung and Ms Lee Da Dam who went out of their way to help me with my booking !! Well Done to the management for recruiting such excellent "Customer Focus" staff !! Thank You !! There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distance from the hotel. Hahoe Historical Village is only 15mins taxi ride. I would strongly recommend my friends and family to stay in this hotel should they visit Andong, Korea !!

The room was rather small but it was modern and clean. We enjoyed the location since there were many eateries in the neighborhood that we could walk to for dinner. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced with a good selection of Korean and Western foods. We were a bit disappointed by the lack of a warm welcome and friendliness that we experienced at other Korean hotels but the front desk was efficient and helpful with giving directions to a restaurant.

Being just a 15-minute drive from Hahoe village and trails along the Nakdong river—very convenient. However, the hotel claims to have an infinity-edge pool, laundry service, and money exchange—none of those were available. When we asked the front desk staff questions—either in Korean or in English, they were either mumbling or rude to us in both languages. At least for our visit, the hotel promised more than it delivered. It could be very nice—perhaps it was in the past, and hopefully it will be again.

The hotel itself was nice. My room looked nice, but the shower had black mould in it. Beautiful tiles every, and then wood panelling in the shower?! Some of the panels were coming away and the edges had black mould. A lot of plug sockets, but none would fit my travel adapter. Haven't had a problem so far travelling. The bedding was clean and the pillows were comfy. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner and the swimming pool isn't open until 2 weeks time. Thats more Expedias fault for not making that clear i think.

Das Parken war einfach und kostenlos in der Tiefgarage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte alles, was man braucht. Das Frühstück hatte eine grosse Auswahl.

건물 리모델링 공사중이라 상태가 좋진 않음. 주차장 자리가 많지 않음 화장실은 더러움.. 바닥에 흰색 이물 그대로 남아있고 비누 껍질은 검은색 끈적이는거 남아있는데 더러워서 손으로 벗기기 싫었음. 방은 넒음. 주변에 갈 곳 많음. 위치가 좋음

Nous avons été franchement déçu par cet hôtel. D'abord, le quartier est sans charme. Seul avantage: proche du village de Hahoe... mais loin de Andong. Plusieurs services étaient indisponibles à cause de travaux (bowling...) Les photos sont trompeuses: la piscine en rooftop semble grande, elle est petite, salle et la terrasse était inondée. Si vous espérez un petit déjeuner continental, passez votre chemin, c'est médiocre et assez cher. Allez plutôt dans un café dans le quartier. Idem pour les chambres. La "deluxe family room" est loin d'être luxueuse. Seulement 2 tasses, 2 grandes serviettes, 3 peignoirs pour 4 ou 5 personnes. Et la salle de bain mérite un coup de renovation. Le personnel n'est pas désagréable... mais parle difficilement anglais, dommage pour un hôtel international dans une zone touristique. Enfin, ne perdez pas votre carte clé, il m'en a coûté 20.000 Won pour une pauvre carte magnétique. Bref, très déçu. je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

La chambre et la salle de bain était spacieuse. Le lit étais confortable. Il y avais beaucoup de restaurant et de boutiques dans les environs. Très pratique pour allez au Hahoe village environs 10 minutes en voiture. Par contre malgré les fenêtres fermés il y avais des moucherons dans la chambre. Et dans la salle de bain des plaques de bois étais vissé sur le carrelage du mur, mais le bois n'était pas traitée alors il étais en train de moisir en bas au contact de l'eau.

Agréable hôtel

Nous n'avons utiliser cet hôtel que pour une nuit. La chambre était très confortable et agréable. Notre chambre était au 7eme étage. L'hôtel un peu difficile à trouver car la photo de la devanture de l'hôtel est au fond d'une allée, non visible depuis la rue. L'hôtel est dans un quartier d'hôtellerie, pas dans un quartier touristique donc un peu éloigné. Le secteur est silencieux la nuit et nous avons bien dormi. Le petit déjeuner était à 13000₩ par personne, servi au 9ème etage, très complet avec de nombreux plats chauds, froids, des toasts, céréales, salade de fruits, yaourt, et tous types de plats chauds. Délicieux et copieux. Un parking disponible au sous sol (B1). Dans le bâtiment accolé à l'hôtel, il y a de nombreux restaurants.

Chambre agréable mais service à parfaire

Bon rapport qualité prix. Points négatifs : - le lobby est difficile à trouver et mal indiqué (au fond, après avoir passé des marches et une porte) - le réceptionniste aurait pu être plus précis dans ses explications pour trouver les places de parking attribuées à leur hôtel (plusieurs hôtels dans le même immeuble) - de même pour trouver la chambre (et pourtant, nous y sommes retournés une 2nde fois, car nous ne trouvions pas). Chambre au 9ème étage, mais il faut se rendre au 7ème et traverser le roof-top (nous avons finalement trouvé par nous-mêmes, mais cette simple explication aurait été la bienvenue) Points positifs : - chambre propre et confortable - excellente literie
