"I had asked for a downstairs room since they didn’t have an elevator and I was healing up from tearing my tendons on my left knee from falling downstairs backwards a month earlier and my dog is 1.5 years old so stairs are not her friend either. The counters were all dirty, the floor was so dirty I had to mop it twice so my feet would not turn black. The kitchen sink leaked all over my things I had on the counter, and on the floor. The toilet was dirty and it constantly ran, the bathroom fan didn’t work and was falling out of the ceiling. I couldn’t call the front desk cause they don’t have phones and my cellphone was not working. I was so sick after getting in there that I didn’t move from the room the first 4 days I was there except to take my dog to potty 3 times and I felt like I was dying. When I finally could walk to the front desk, they were unfriendly and when I explained what was going on, they would send maintenance. When asked about a downstairs room, was told again they didn’t have any available but should have some after housekeeping was done around 7 pm. I was told she would come to my room to let me know because of the phones. When I went back down, once again because nobody ever came to my door, not so friendly and was told they had 2 rooms I could check out. As I was out the door I heard a woman call them the “garbage rooms”. Both were worse than what I was in, one reeked of vomit. Found black mold my last night, that’s what made me sick. "Room, Hot tub, Pool amazing."

"The ADA room I booked was easy to access. The overall condition was good, but the floors in my room were filthy. They must have missed mopping it. I wore my slippers around the room. I booked a 5 night stay. They serviced my room after 2 days (I had posted the do not disturb on those days). When I returned, the bed was made, trash out, and dirty towels removed. However they did not refresh the coffee. I had to go to the front desk for coffee. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I did not eat the breakfast they offered. I had brought my own. The room is equipped with a fridge and microwave. ADA parking is right in front of my room. The entrance to the hotel is a little hard to find. You have to drive through several parking lots in order to get to it. "

"Disappointed in room. Found trash and condom rappers on the floor by bed. Bathroom wasn’t clean. I dashed cleaning supplies so we could feel comfortable on our spring break trip smh. And the floor I was on was near couples that were hunching all day and night. Walls are thin. Had to cancel a night and leave early. When spoke with staff about issue she seem not concerned. The breakfast was amazing my kids enjoyed."

"A lot happened on an overnight stay, first the tv remote only the power button works, then the spa water is sus and not enough towels, next at 12 mn the fire alarm goes off!! Thankfully it was cleared within an hour. I am glad the room is clean, bathroom is well kept with toiletries enough, bed is comfortable, parking area is accessible!Overall? if you are staying 1 night, for the price? its worth it!!"

"The room was very clean , Breakfast was good . Not sure why they charge 15,00 to park your car -most hotels don’t charge … Good location ."

"The double bed room I reserved was not available, even though I called the property on the day of check in to confirm. Due to the late arrival, we didn't have enough time to go to a different hotel. Also the check-in process was super long and the staff was slow with the customer in front of us. Overall experience was disappointing. "
