"Staff was courteous. The breakfast only consisted of coffee, cold cereal and make-your-own waffles, much less than what was served in my previous stays. There were no food/drink or other convenience items available in the lobby. The bathroom needed repairs - wood was peeling off a lot on the bottom of the door and the bathtub valve was rusty and needed porcelain overlay."

"I’m giving this hotel a positive review mainly because of one amazing staff member, Tee. I stayed here for two nights, and the room I was first given was not suitable at all. However, Mr. Tee quickly took care of the situation and provided me with a much better room. The hotel itself was not perfect and could use improvements in some areas, but Tee’s kindness, professionalism, and helpfulness made my stay much better. I am truly grateful to him, and that’s why I decided to leave a positive review"
