"Staff scheduled shuttle incorrectly. Woke up to phone call saying I missed my shuttle on day off (no sleeping in). Staff knocked on my door at 10pm to look for a phone charger someone left. Bathroom wasn’t restocked. Shuttle on day I flew out was 40 minutes late."
