It is confusing that two share the same location. This is close to everything. They don’t service rooms everyday but do tell you that which is nice. Rooms are clean staff is all nice and helpful. Would stay again.

My daughter and I arrived at the hotel at 2:30, and they let us check in early. The staff was very kind and polite. Very helpful! By far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. My daughter and I loved being here so much that we’re already planning our next trip back!

The bathtub was filling up with water in room 922 I rented multiple rooms for family and the one I stayed in was filling up during shower everything was clean and nice apart from the renovation and the staff were fast and easy for the whole thing i definitely like the hotel but that tub should probably get looked at

I recently got a hand held black light. I had it with me during my stay. I viewed my own bathroom by its light and got scared, it made me do a deep cleaning. I viewed the bathroom in the room I was staying in and couldn't believe how clean it was. Good job!!

The staff was friendly and our room was very clean. Out of three elevators only one worked for 3 floors. The pool and hot tub were not heated and there is no shuttle to get you anywhere nearby. There is a restaurant on site, but food stops at 9 PM and the bar closes at 10. I think that’s the downside for travelers who get in late or just need to relax. Other than that it’s really close to the Garden Walk and other restaurants, maybe a 15-20 minute walk if you don’t have a car.

The room was clean. Asked for a room service didn’t happen, went to the front desk just to ask for towels to shower didn’t happen, went up again asked for more towels a couple hours later still didn’t happen, I called on the phone to ask for towels still didn’t happen, I went back downstairs, asked for some towels, and it finally happened!!!

Room 922 had wallpapers that were peeling and the shower kept flooding the tub. The vent noise in the bathroom was extremely loud and continues through the night. The window was hard to open and could barely open wide for enough air to get in. Other than that, the room was ok it was pretty clean, the AC was working perfectly fine and the tv offered decent channels.

The hotel was under construction which I'm not quite holding that against them. However the lobby restroom was closed off on the second night which was a bit inconvenient. The parking fee was extremely ridiculous specially since they don't have complimentary breakfast. Complimentary breakfast would've been nice after paying $76 for parking. The room was decent for some reason our room did not have a microwave, my in-laws room next door did have one and was much bigger too. The swimming pool was nice with bathrooms and a showers accessible outside. Disneyland was a 10 min drive which was great. Overall this hotel is decent at best. My strong suggestion is to do away with the parking fee or offer the complimentary breakfast to offset the parking fee.
