"The room was nice. Housekeeping refreshed the room only one time out of 5 nights-the description states it is to happen daily. The pool area is decent, but the hot tub had lukewarm warm water- do not expect a hot tub after walking miles to Disney and back. Do not expect to have a cocktail by the pool or any outside area- they are only allowed in the bar area. The offered breakfast is good and the staff in the breakfast are amazing- especially Edith."

"The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfy. The part of the hotel we were in seemed a little older, and the walk to the primary elevator and self-parking lot was a little farther than expected. Staff was friendly. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our very short stay."
