"The hotel is great and clean, very friendly staff. I liked breakfast at the hotel which was included in my stay. Don’t come for breakfast too late because they don’t add much food after 10 am. But it’s definitely fresh and tasty."
"We were greeted at the door by staff with a cart of treats and beverages. The staff, managed by Gorkem Oncel, treated us like we were the only guests in the hotel. They were friendly, accommodating and courteous.
Every time we left and entered the hotel, we were greeted and asked if there was anything we needed. At one point, late at night, we returned to the hotel and I asked if they had ice cream. They said no but the staff offered to go down the street and get some for me which he did.
