"The staff were okay but not attentive to customer needs. We got dropped off in front of the hotel, no one was there to help us with the luggage, we had to call out to the reception before someone came. I was holding a plate full at breakfast and wanted to go to the dining area outside and the door was closed and I was struggling to open it without dropping my food, a staff member saw me but did not come over to help!! However I want to call out 2 staff members who tried to make up for those...

"Excellent"

"Excellent place to stay in Chau doc. Very clean and comfortable. And the staff (especially Li) were so helpful with figuring out my travel plans. Thank you! 🙏 "

"Nice, convenient close to market."
