"The rooms are beautiful, the wildlife abundant and the host, Jessica, was very helpful at answering questions and providing recommendations and she cooked a wonderful breakfast! I really loved the natural pool, and there were several great tours offered by a local guide, Rodolfo. The only comment I would make was my concern over a couple of domestic cats that were allowed outside on the property. I intercepted one of them hunting birds and lizards a few times. "Der Aufenthalt in Playa Negra Guesthouse war sehr erholsam. Sobald man das Gelände betritt, ist man fasziniert von dem gepflegten Garten und der Vielfalt an Tieren. Wir hatten das Glück ca. 2 m von unserer Terrasse ein Faultier zu beobachten, wie es vom Baum herunterklettert. Beide Gastgeber waren herzlich und sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Strand Playa Negra liegt direkt gegenüber dem Grundstück. Pura vida."

"It’s a family run business and the owner was super nice and helpful , the property was peaceful , the only noise was the wild animals on the property like howler monkeys and lots of exotic bird species , the owner prepared a papaya from the tree right in front of our room , it was delicious. I would recommend this property for people that want a truly Costa Rican experience without all the crowds of the towns . Loved our stay at Casa Conley 10 out of 10 , can’t wait to visit again ✌"

"I spent 1 night and it was fine for me. The room was clean. There is a fan which was good bc I don't like ACs. The mattresses needs updating bc I could feel the coils. The front desk was very nice. The grounds are very clean. "

"We had a wonderful stay at conga hotel travelling with our kids (3 and 5 years old). The room was perfect and the location as well - walking distance from the town of puerto viejo and playa cockles. Good breakfast and atmosphere. The past part of the stay was however the lovely staff who did everything to make us feel happy. "
