I can’t say enough about the property and the staff. We stayed in the Caribbean breeze cabin for 6 nights and it was an amazing experience. You are about 7 minutes from town in a beautifully manicured area which the staff takes care of all day long. The property is tucked just into the jungle off the beach so you get the best of both worlds. This is a place that will always hold a special place in our hearts and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience.

Would definitely stay here again. Best complimentary breakfast ever. I felt special with the accommodations with early checkout. The ocean view room has no view of the ocean. It’s blocked by trees. But I was fortunate to change rooms. Forgot the name of the room I changed to but it was very nice. I felt safe during my stay. There was a security guard at the main entrance at night and cameras in the back of the property along the walkway leading from the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay overall! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the property was very well maintained. The staff was also super helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The main issue we had was with the room. Unfortunately, our room did not have AC, which made it uncomfortable at times, especially at night. I think having AC available would make a big difference and would definitely improve the overall guest experience. Aside from that, we really appreciated the beautiful property, the views, and the wonderful staff. With a few improvements to the rooms, this could be an even better place to stay!

The property was gorgeous and the staff was excellent! We felt so close to nature (we saw a sloth in a tree as we were eating dinner) and yet there were somehow no bugs in the room.

Absolutely love this hotel. This was my 2nd time staying here and it was perfect, A delicious breakfast, spacious covered balcony, steps to the beach. incredible birds and howler monkeys to wake up to… and walking distance along the beautiful beach to Puerto Viejo.

This is the first time we have stayed here after dining several times. We just needed a one night stay with a queen bed and AC. Find AC was a challenge and we had to change rooms. Room was off of the dining area during World Cup season so was noisy for a while. Great location and very helpful staff. Rooms look awesome but typically ceiling fans.

The stay was incredible. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The room was cleaned daily. My only complaint was that the pool in the room was a little moldy but it was a minimum inconvenience. They were nice enough to give us fresh fruit and cake to go on our last day because we checked out before breakfast was open.

I solo traveled here for my graduation. Firstly, the doors and windows were janky I had to move rooms 3x when I finally got a room it was in the main hotel (not what I booked). The room I booked was in the jungle so I could not risk my window or doors not working. Food was okay, the location was beautiful and directly on the beach which I loved. Staff was kinda helpful. I didn’t like that they asked if I would sleep in the room where the windows did not lock until the morning. Overall I give the property 3/5. Also there’s no a/c but it was not that hot with the fans.

Ok so besides the issue of no A/C which it said it had and the broken screens in the bedroom which let mosquitoes in and no tv unless you could stream from the US which still didn’t work it was a nice stay. Marianna and Hillary made our stay - best staff in the hotel for sure!!!

The staff was fantastic. We had issues with our first room, and thankfully they were able to move us. The pool had a lot of missing tiles and wasn’t super clean. The beach is absolutely stunning. Pictures don't do it justice. The bartender Dani was so sweet. The food was quite expensive for the quality. I would stay here again !! Super convienient area !

This place was an amazing stay. The rooms were clean, there were so many breakfast options included in the stay. The bar is open until 9p and had daily happy hour. The activities daily were included in the stay and were lots of fun. I enjoyed the cocktail making class. The staff was so sweet and helpful with everything. I would recommend this place 100 times over. It wasn’t too far from central area where a lot of nightlife and restaurants/sodas are. It was easy to catch Ubers (a little pricey). The food at the hotel was very good!

It’s a wonderful property with beautiful green lush gardens on the beach. The positive energy in this hotel is not something you can buy and they have it. It’s very relaxing and fun place to be. Will gladly go back again. Breakfast was delicious and with many options and the room we stayed as was very comfortable. Not all rooms are the same so just check that it’s a good choice for you before booking.
