Cute place but watch the stairs

Maria at the front desk was excellent! She helped a few Texans navigate Amsterdam. She helped us order food and was kind, considerate and entertaining. She deserves a raise!

No toilet brush, ripped towels, pillar straight on front of TV,so unable to watch,no sweetener for coffe.The heating is not working, so if you are lucky, you can get an electric heater. The breakfast is coming in a bag,so its not yours choice what you want to eat. No rooms with views to the lake.

The hotel that you arrive to is about as far from what you book as is possible to be. Instead of a fancy glass building, you arrive at what best can be described as a normal, rather run down, house. From there things went downhill. I was put up in a windowless room underground. This is not really an issue, if it wasn't for the fact that the room was horribly cold and humid to a point when condensation was running on the walls (as I entered the room). Had it not been for the fact that I only stayed one night I would have required to have my money refunded - this hotel is not a hotel, it is a fraud.

Absolutely terrible. The reception staff are literally ret*rded. They charge for the 'discount already applied'. Just lost almost 20 euros of key cash because they insisted that was to be paid at reception. They also refused to give me an invoice.

A faire si on vient avec son velo

Bien situé avec petit parking, mais pas de place pour les velos personnels, l hotel en proposait et les places leur etaient reservées, sinon, calme, bonne literie et personnel sympa, seul bemol etait qu on demande une caution de 100 euro a l arrivee qui n etait pas prevue.

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war sauber und schön, das Hotel liegt direkt am Lake und mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca 20min bis ins Zentrum. Die Umgebung ist auch wirklich sehr schön. Ich würde nochmal hierher kommen :-)

Por el precio cumple las expectativas, aunque creo que las fotos de la página no se corresponden con el hotel. El parking es pequeño y si llegas después de las 19 es posible que no tengas sitio. Habitación interior sin ventana ( ya lo sabía al reservar) de buen tamaño y baño bueno. Desayuno tipo picnic que lo puedes pedir para comer en la habitación. Por el precio 10€ está bien, bebida caliente, croissant, magdalena, zumo, yogurt, bollito de pan y algo de fiambre, mermelada, mantequilla. Hay que tener cuidado con la tasa del ayuntamiento creo que me cobraron de más pagué por el desayuno y la tasa 22,50€ me pareció caro. Exigen un depósito en la tarjeta de 100€ que reembolsan después del check out. No aceptarán pago en efectivo
