"Staff was amazing. Everyone we interacted with greeted us with a smile. Breakfast is one of the best continental breakfast I had lots of options. Check in was great, we came super early the guy checked on the rooms and was able to give us an early check-in. The hotel is in a hopping area so yes it was loud however not much the hotel can do regarding the sirens, alarms, and noise outside. I felt safe walking around the hotel. Overall if your looking for a place with a convenient location, great staff, and clean(a little outdated) this place is for you. "

"Just a wonderful hotel in a great location. The rooms were very nice, especially for being converted canal houses. Very unique. Great bars, great staff. Could rent nice bikes for 20 Euro for 24 hours which was very convenient. The breakfast was not worth the spend in my opinion and I would not recommend paying the $40 Euro per person for it. Great breakfast choices within 3-5 min easy walk. We walked from central station to the hotel and it takes about 15-20 min but a nice walk with rolling luggage."

"A 5 star hotel should not ask you for 225 euros on your credit card in case you broke or stole something.If it must do that as a matter of policy it certainly should not pay the money into its account as it does and then return it to you 3 days later.In the meantime the conversion rate could have gone down.I know of no other 5 star hotel which behaves like this and I would not stay there again for that reason since it is already an expensive hotel. The nightly turn down service was also haphazard.It was done on 2 nights but not on the other two nights."
