This was a great hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, especially the manager. There are nice little touches like free coffee and water in the reception area. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable (maybe some firmer pillows would be nice). Great breakfast selection too. Lastly, it’s in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice, quiet room. Location in the city is perfect for getting to sites. Air conditioning was nice to have. Breakfast was convenient to have on site. Staff were very friendly and helpful with making suggestions. A luggage rack in the room would be helpful instead of 2 chairs.

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are small, great for solo travellers. The lounge is wonderful with complementary water and coffee. The location is perfect as it is very close to the train station and lits of eateries and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pros were that it had really great air conditioning, great location, the option to do a breakfast buffet if you wanted to pay for it, free WiFi, and an elevator. The cons: I will say it’s a little rundown and tired. The carpeting in the hotel room needs to be replaced as it was disgustingly dirty, and stained. The beds were pretty darn hard as well. There was no hand towels or washcloths in the bathroom. Just two bath towels and that’s it.

It is a hotel well run and clean. It had a good breakfast spread. Front desk personnel was very helpful We had an issue with the AC. The room was very hot as we got in and the AC took a long time to get the room to comfortable condition .The AC is governed from the hotel reception and cannot be adjusted from the room below 20C.

This hotel is a five-minute walk from the main train station. It's within walking distance to canal tours, the red-light district, Madam Tussaud's and a lot of shopping. I even walked to the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the MOCO Museum although the tram passes in front of the hotel. The bathroom seemed like it was recently remodeled. The bed was great. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was clean and had plenty of space as well as a good hair dryer and coffee. The view from our room was great! Highly recommend this hotel. Only complaint is that there were no power outlets / plugs near the bed which was inconvenient when traveling with a CPAP machine.
