Property was very nice, room was clean. However the phone in our room did not work so you had to go to reception. Pool was clean, not easy to get towels. Also reception was always busy with a line. And if you sat out in the common area getting food service took a very long time. Some staff were short or unfriendly towards guests. Others very kind and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay ay this hotel! Everything we required was offered and the location was beautiful. The only thing to note is that this hotel is not on the GVB bus route and is technically not in Amsterdam, so the commute into the city each day must be considered.

Skip this hotel. The entire team needs retraining in hospitality and customer service. Our experience was consistently disappointing, with poor communication, disorganisation, and a lack of accountability. Ruweda and Hanna were particularly unhelpful and extremely rude, and the dining staff were equally unfriendly and inattentive. Rather than resolving issues, we repeatedly had to explain the same problems to different staff members, wasting valuable time during our stay. If you’re considering staying here because it’s closer to the airport, don’t. It’s not as convenient as it seems, and getting into the city is more difficult and expensive than expected. Save yourself the frustration and spend the extra money to stay in the city instead.

Don’t do it. Our experience at the Corendon was extremely disappointing. If you’re considering staying here to save money because it’s closer to the airport and you think you can easily take a taxi into the city, think again. It’s not nearly as convenient as it appears, and the travel time and cost quickly add up. I’d strongly recommend spending a little extra and staying in the city instead. It will likely save you both time and frustration. The staff were awful. Specifically Hanna and Ruweda were extremely rude to us. The staff lost our booking multiple times, repeatedly deactivated our room keys, failed to keep accurate records of conversations and payments, and were consistently rude. We were repeatedly assured that issues had been resolved, only to discover they hadn’t, forcing us to explain the same problems to different staff members over and over again. It wasted a significant amount of our time and caused unnecessary stress.

Overall, the hotel was decent for an airport stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a night before or after a flight. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. The rooftop bar was surprisingly loud, which took away from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere and felt unnecessary for an airport hotel. The dinner buffet was also underwhelming for the price, with limited options and nothing particularly memorable. On top of that, the tables in the dining area were placed far too close together, making the experience feel cramped and lacking privacy. While the room itself met expectations, I think there is definitely room for improvement in the dining and common areas.

Op het moment dat wij wilden inchecken was er schijnbaar een feestje op het dak terras, je kon je auto niet bij het hotel zetten en laden helemaal niet want alle taxi’s in de regio waren aan het laden. In de avond flink liggen trillen in bed van de bas die van het feestje kwam. Verder een net hotel

The hotel was very nice and the lobby amenities were very good. Very nice bar and restaurant. Check in was a disaster. We reserved our room way in advance and when we checked in we discovered that they were placing us in a Residence Inn that was next door. The agent at the desk conveniently did not notice the details of our reservation. Only when we pushed back did we get a manager involved. We made our reservation on August 5, 2025 and we received many follow up e mails right up to our arrival. We did not want to receive a lesser room and drag all our luggage across the parking lot. A traveling companion that was with us, who is higher in the loyalty program, received her room in the Corendon. Kudos to the manager, Yehia, who offered a better room, dinner at the buffet, free shuttle tickets, and drink coupons. He personally loaded our luggage onto a cart and escorted us to our room in the Residence Inn. Much to my chagrin ,when arriving home, I discovered that I was charged by both hotels for my stay. I am not inclined to reserve a Marriott hotel in the future.

The hotel is very nice and well located as an overnight near the airport however there were a few issues worth noting. First the booking website mentioned a free airport shuttle but what it fails to mention is it is only free from the airport to the hotel. They charge 5 euros for the return to the airport and you have to book ahead. That was not helpful for us who were using the hotel as an overnight before flying home. Second, the staff made quite a point of the roof top bar when we arrived but they failed to tell us that it was booked for a private function that evening. That was not a big deal for us however what was annoying was the constant loud music coming from the bar until past midnight (and we were on the second floor). Third, in my opinion the buffet restaurant is overpriced and overrated. You can walk 15 minutes to a great local Chinese restaurant that serves terrific food and pay half the price of the buffet. Aside from that it was well appointed and clean however I would look for someplace else to stay next time.

This is a unique and amazing airport hotel! Everything is stylish and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. But the amazing thing is the airplane in the back garden. I was jet lagged and thought that I was hallucinating, but there is actually a retired jet in the beautifully manicured back garden. I won't describe it because I don't want to ruin the entire surprise. The airport shuttle is very convenient, too. Great hotel -- I'll be back!

Staff were helpful, the hotel itself is clean. Breakfast buffet has many options. Airport shuttle is great. But what is up with the beds in this hotel?? Absolutely the worst - extremely saggy and no support.

Amazing property near the airport. Rooms are big and clean. Staff are helpful. The check-in and checkout process was smooth. The property has a restaurant, club, and cafe to enjoy as needed, including a self-checkout mini mart. enough parking, but it's chargeable. free shuttle service from the airport to the property; however, from the property to the airport, you have to pay the shuttle fee.
