"We had a wonderful stay. Our room was beautiful, featuring grand windows and electric curtains that added a luxurious touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower room was excellent, stocked with generous-sized bottles of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The only small downside was that the tea bags weren’t great and there was no milk provided in the room. The staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options including smoked salmon, avocado, fresh pastries, a full English breakfast, juices, prosecco, and fresh fruits — something for everyone. The spa facilities were lovely overall. Although we were disappointed that the steam room was out of order and the jacuzzi could have been a bit hotter, the pool was great and the two saunas were excellent. The location is perfect — just minutes from Central Station and surrounded by lively restaurants and bars. We would certainly stay here again."
