Worst director ever

By arrival we had a small issue with the oven. After calling someone they would call us back in 15 minutes. Meanwhile we figured out there was some plastic in the oven that caused the smoke. 15 minutes later they called back but I told them I could solve the situation. What happened after that I never saw in a hotel or any other accommodation. The director called and shouted by the phone because we didn’t want to accept what they proposed. Problem was we didn’t need to because we solved the problem. As this wasn’t enough the morning after she was still frustrated and almost kicked us out. This property urgently need a new responsible because even the people working there were complaining about her craziness.
