"We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast and coffee is perfect in the morning. The rooms were good for our large family (we had two rooms with 3 beds each) and the area is very walkable. "Hotel located in the Venetian part of Chania, close to many taverns, shops and beaches. Staff were wonderful and helpful when required. The room we had was spacious and nicely restored. "We had a fantastic time at camping Chania. Staff were great. Tents are clean and comfortable. Pool and bar area is good and great for lunch time snacks or a beer and ice cream. 10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful hotel in terms of staff (who were so helpful and friendly), location (a few minutes walk to the harbour and old town which are magical) and hotel amenities. Breakfast selection was very good and whilst the pool area is small, we had no problem getting a sun bed when we wanted. We booked two premium rooms (as travelling with our daughter) which were very nice, were given complimentary bottles of water daily, as well as toiletries being replenished. The only downside was that we couldn’t use our balconies, as across the narrow street opposite a large building was being renovated."
