"As family of 4, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is not modern but has all the stuff we need. Our family room is big and has 1 king and 2 twins beds. The breakfast has many options, location is great, closed to the Linjiangjie night market. Everyone there is trying their best to help and our room is always clean and refreshed. Also, our kids enjoyed the rooftop pool very much, they also tried the kids activities at 9 floor, did the slime club also. Overall, we had a great stay. "
"It was a great stay in Taipei. Comfortable. Clean. Most of staff were polite and friendly. Although I do need to point out that the receptionist to the bar on 3rd floor was a bit rude. I asked the receptionist for a table for 2 and he told us that the min charge was NTD800 per person. Did we look cheap? Were we, as guests of the hotel, not dressed up to the standard of the bar? "Very poor experience, no electricity socket in the room, no air con that can be adjusted, very noisy/no isolation, windows facing restaurant inside, queue for breakfast with no access, not great buffet. Old hotel, poor facilities for very high price. I highly not recommend. This is not a 300usd/night standard. "

"The hotel is clean and easy to navigate around. The surrounding area have multiple convinient stores and restaurants within 5 mins walking distant. The room is a bit small but it is understandable for Taipei. The staffs are friendly and helpful; however, it is a bit difficult to communicate with some staff if you do not know Mandarin. Not every staff members at the lobby can communicate effectively in English."
