The hotel was really nice located close to the City Center and close to the floating Gardens. Lots of restaurants along the canal close by nice room and very quiet considering that it is so close to busy Street.

Easy stay for family

Great one night stay. Very easy check in, handy location, short walk to centre and free street parking in the summer. Ideal set up for our young family. Seperate bedroom for the kids and kitchenette. Very reasonable price and better than staying in a standard hotel.

Room was filthy (chewing gum stuck on the window, dining table hadn’t been cleaned, hair in the bathroom). It was missing equipment (no chopping board in the kitchen, no mop to clean up when the shower flooded the wet room floor after every shower). Check in staff were very friendly but the state of the room left a lot to be desired.

Great location by the river, cafes, cathedral and 33km cycle route. The hotel was shabby in the hallway with bags of dirty linen left all day and overnight. The lifts strongly smelt of cheap deodorant. But, once in the room it was like a different hotel. Light, spacious, great view of the cathedral and river. Excellent kitchenette which is a bonus, nice bathroom and lots of little reminders to be eco friendly. We'd highly recommend if you're happy to walk through the neglected entrance and hallways.

Great stay near the river in Amiens

Comfortable beds, large living room space and ample dishes in the kitchen. A small leak in our shower but nothing terrible. Water pressure and temperature were good. We used the laundry facilities as well which were easy to use.

Even though it was on a busy street it was quiet. It’s a very basic hotel that doesn’t even have air conditioning. Luckily being on the ninth floor we had a nice breeze to keep our room cool. Overall, it was clean but worn the price was reasonable

The room was fine but absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting enough to cause nausea and supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Staff did not help, could not move us and just provided an air freshener. Had to stay with windows open. Zero compensation offered by hotels or the venue.

Plenty of e-mails about my visit but once I turned up couldn’t get to reception as it’s a locked door and no way to contact reception on 1st floor as phone number didn’t work and no instructions in English to ring the bell. Had to wait to be let in by someone else. Smell on the floor but the room itself was clean. Pillows were very soft and aircon in room would be ideal. Breakfast was expensive for what was provided. Very noisy in room
