Home2 Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"The First Lady I spoke to was trying to over charge me and didn’t take a look and see that the third party booking messed up my prices. She had an attitude and was a little condescending. On the other hand Jerome helped me to the fullest and had a great attitude and perfect customer service."
"The Curtis is a hotel that I would stay at again. The staff was outstanding! From check-in, and we stayed 4 - days to check out.
I was sad that there is no complimentary breakfast. However, the do have a restaurant and bar on site.
The hotels location is centrally located for a wonderful experience of downtown Denver. Everything from Performing arts center, sixteenth street mall, tons of different restaurants, coffee shops, ect.
The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff made sure beds were made, towels were replenished, toilet paper stocked.
We never had to wait for the elevators. We were on the 13th floor that was uniquely themed. We never had any noise issues on our floor.
The beds and pillows were the run of the mill, so no perks on having a luxury mattress.
Overall, our stay was wonderful and we had in -out privileges for the parking garage. I recommend getting the parking garage because parking downtown is almost impossible. We walked everywhere unless we were leaving the downtown area."
"Fantastic location a amazing high rise holiday inn very nice.super comfortable bed.a amazing tv huge flat screen tv that you can watch on the couch in the extra space just like a living room or it can be adjusted to watch in a king size bed. A amazing marble bathroom. And much more.
Sincerely steven Craig shopnick"
"The room was large and the bed comfortable. The balcony was much bigger than I expected. Most of the staff were exceptional. The bartenders at both bars were jerks. In fact many people were bringing in their own liquor so they didn’t have to put up with the poor service, attitude and watered down drinks (when you could actually get one). The restaurant staff were great and the food was terrific with indoor and outdoor seating."
