"Lot of activity going on in the street and construction in the area. It was also UNGA week so lots of security traffic. Congestion (more then usual) to be expected I guess."
"Great hotel, small rooms but I’m sure that’s to be expected in NYC! Great area and close to everything but that does lead to there being vagrants and trash and some bad smells. However the hotel is extremely quiet if that’s what you’re looking for!!"

"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen.
The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent.

"Staff at front desk super friendly. So accommodating. We showed up way before check-in time and they found us a room and even upgraded us at no additional cost. Made our trip to NYC effortless. Although no full breakfast they put out bagels and coffee—enough to keep us until walking around NYC and found a great brunch. "
