"The room was fantastic! It was clean and well-appointed. Appeared to be newly renovated.
There was construction, so there were periods of noise but not at night. I felt safe here inside the room but the area outside was a little interesting. I would recommend to stay off Canal and walk a parallel street if walking.
The staff was working under stressful conditions considering the construction but they were not very friendly and actually somewhat bordering rude. However, that could just be New York. The employee handling the luggage and parcels was polite and helpful and was a hard worker."
"I was only in town for 4 days and by myself. This place is perfect for one person or a couple. The bed was comfortable, soft yet firm. The ac blows cold. The room i had was small but it seems to be the norm for most New York places I’ve stayed at. I would definitely stay here again. I would definitely recommend to friends. It has everything you need, a bed, a shower, ac and a fridge."
"A little gem of a hotel, fantastic, friendly wonderful, staff - very welcoming. The whole hotel has such a great vibe. Perfect little convenience store in the lobby for whatever you may need. The rooms are small, but spotless.. We had breakfast and it was amazing, overall highly recommend!"
