"Everything was good but room a/c didn’t work in our room called front desk they sent to get fixed around midnight ac stopped working again had to change rooms with our grandson because it was way to hot even with fans going…."

"Rooms are not stocked. And by that I mean I couldn't even get a paper cup for my coffee, which was only decaf anyway. I didn't get the room cleaned at all one day (not by request) and had to ask to towels. The pool is bone dry. The shower is smaller than the size of my refrigerator (NOT an exaggeration). No hair dryer. Trash and broken glass in the parking lot. Comically small breakfast options. Not even any coffee in the lobby. The AC was exceptionally loud. There were dirty linenes left outside for over 24 hours. Honestly the whole experience was pretty wild. May be close to Lackland, but would advise to stay pretty much anywhere else and drive a few minutes more."

"Room floor was dirty, bed linens was dirty, towels, pillow cases filthy, bathtub and toilet bowl wasn’t clean.no toiletries was in the room, stair case smell like pie, people was making noise outside the room and smoking.Homeless people was hanging out under stairs case."

"The 1st thing is the breakfast was not what you would expect a a Best Western, it was below standard compared to All the the other BW'S, My room was ok the microwave licke as shut down with my food inside, that I had driven and 11/2 to get because we were on My Birthday vacation, we were on the 4th floor with no screen on the windows. Was disappointed in that hotel. The Staff was very nice they even brought me and my hubby a pizza. "
