"Leading up to our stay, the one staff person that was incredibly helpful and polite was the woman at the front desk. Beyond that I would not recommend this place. Resort is quite the over-sell. We booked a room that was for 4 people but only planned on 3 of us initially. My other son decided to join us and they charged us another 50% of the room cost!
