"Check-in was slow. We were emailed with the opportunity to check-in online. It didn't work properly & we had to go through it all again when we arrived anyway. Rooms were nice & clean. We could hear the metro cars from our room but they didn't run through the night so it wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast good."

"Check in was a breeze… once our code was texted to us. There is no physical check in desk, you get emailed the door code and room number as well as WiFi password and check out instructions. They indicated that our check-in information was sent to us prior, but it was never received either via personal email or Orbitz app. But that was all solved because they had personally texted me to prepare for my check-in several hours before I was scheduled to arrive. That’s probably the only thing that prevented us from freezing out in the cold. I’m glad they have great communication because that was very important. Our room was great, temperature was perfect, and access was super easy. Now that I know the procedure there, I will definitely book again! It’s a short 8 minute walk to the train/ food options and located in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you guys for a great stay!"
