Great base for the beach and the city centre

Lovely apartment in a good location only a few stops on the metro from the city centre and airport and a short walk to the beach. Only thing missing was a fan or air conditioning as it was extremely hot. Did t spoil our stay though

Great stay for a family of 4!

We had a lovely stay here! Make sure you read the information they send you BEFORE you show up, we missed that there was an elevator and walked up 5 flights of stairs with our luggage haha. Amazing breakfast place directly next door and LOVED that there was a washer/dryer so we could catch up on our mid-trip laundry. Also less than a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station. Quiet neighborhood but still with some meal options near-by. Also a microwave! Was great for heating up leftovers for the kids.

Near beach. Close to airport, city sights etc. Large for Europena style, excellent and modern. Had dishwasher and clothes washer (bring your own clothes detergent). Rooms have semi black out shades which are essential for the long sunshine days and nights. Be prepared to possibly walk up to four levels of stairs if someone did not operate the lift properly, because it might be "stuck" on the floor where they did not exit according to instructions. READ your digital guidebook they send you. I will definitely stay there again.

Super-clean and nice apartment

The apartment is super-clean and the neighborhood is very convenient for public transport and shopping. Lergravsparken St. and Øresund metro stations are very close. Kvickly supermarket is just 3 minutes away. But the elevator is 19th century type elevator :) Two quick advise for guests who plan to stay at this apartment: better not use the taxi recommended by the apartment since their price is very expensive compared to the normal airport taxis. Take a normal taxi from airport. 2) when you first open the room door, Once you entered you code, give the door a good push with your shoulder - Otherwise it wont open easily. I will definitely stay at this apartment next time.

Pros: The property was fine in terms of cleanliness. The bed is a good size for two fit people. We appreciated the extra towels and blankets provided. You have access to a decent gym downstairs. Cons: The walls are thin and there’s no A/C, so the room can get quite warm. This forced us to open and leave the windows open. But there was work being performed on the inner parts of the building which faces towards the courtyard area. The workers were extremely loud at 7:45 am multiple days by yelling and blaring foreign music. Also, the shower does not have a curtain, so water gets all over the floor, which gets quickly slippery. We had to use 4 mats to try to sop it up over a couple days. No detergent was provided for the washing machine. And the “soap” provided for the shower — one bottle for who knows what — was the same as that for hand washing. It had no brand, ingredients, or label, and was thin and watery. Be advised, the elevator is fragile and can be difficult to use for some. The parking situation is not great since the free parking is very limited. Brunch downstairs at the restaurant was tasty but pricey.

I'll start by saying the apartment was roomy, very clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. The location was perfect for us, with a cafe on street level and a 10-minute walk to the metro. But, we had some issues and would probably not stay here again. When we tried to check in (at the designated time), someone was taking photographs of the apartment, so we had to wait 10 minutes, then wait another 10 minutes while the place was cleaned (why would you not clean it before taking pictures??). There were several windows open that required me to stand on a chair on my toes to close them. We needed some instructions for the washer/dryer combo unit as we could not figure out how to get anything dry. The elevators are old, industrial things that require you to slam the heavy doors and say a prayer to get them to work. So, guess what, you hear elevator doors slamming throughout the day and night. Last but not least, when someone above uses the toilet or water, you hear the water whooshing down the pipes that are directly next to the head of the bed in the main bedroom. Again, the place was clean, so if you can get over a few of the issues we had, it might be OK for you.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The place is near metro, have to walk for a little, may be an issue if you have to haul lots of luggage in snow, but we just had carryon and it was summer. The place is clean and nice and there is grocery store nearby and a restaurant in the building. Excellent experiance!

Found this apartment purely by chance.We wanted somewhere for good transport links from the Airport and to get into the centre of town to see the sights.This hit all the criteria and more especially with a nearby beach.We are a very outdoorsy family and not a great fan of city breaks.This apartment exceeded our expectations.As we are used to roughing it.The rooms were clean,beds super comfy and lots of nearby facilities .We were super impressed

We were woken up at 6:45 am mornings by sounds of scraping drilling and vibrations. This was from construction that we couldn’t see and some of it above us on the roof. Our windows were open because there’s no A/C but heard everything almost as loud with windows closed. Had most of what we needed, new and clean. We were not very happy.

This was a great apartment, except for the broken elevator. The building is very old, and the rooms are on the fourth floor. The elevator appears to date from the 1940s or 50s - with a lot of special instructions and quirks on how to use it. By the time we figured out how to use it, another family emerged, saying they had been trapped in it, and they advised us to use the stairs. A fourth floor walk up was difficult with large roller bags… And I would not have booked if I had known the elevator was so questionable. If you can easily handle stairs and carry your bags up then this is a great facility.
