"Absolutely love staying here! Very kid friendly, lots to do. If you get tired of roaming the hotel, with your room key you can go to the other universal hotels and get access to their pools and restaurants. There’s constant shuttles to City Walk until 2 AM! They take you and bring you back to the hotel. Room service is great, good service great food! No complaints "
"Our family flew in from CT. Perfect location if you are planning to catch a shuttle to the cruise port the next day.
McCoys is a great and convenient place for a family dinner.
Room was clean, spacious and surprisingly quiet, given that we are at an airport. "
"Amazing theming. Good food available onsite. Staff was great. The pool area was well maintained and was large enough to not feel overcrowded even when lots of people were there. The only negative thing is that the room is small and doesn't have a lot of storage space or a microwave, but if you plan on spending most of your time at the parks, it's not a big deal."
