"While I did like this property and enjoyed my stay, I believe the water park should be free for guest since it’s just a lazy pool, wave pool and 2 waters slides. I don’t think the price to enter the water park was worth it. I was also disappointed that the windows did not have shades that could be lowered, just blinds. The blinds left space on the sides where others could see out and in. I had to use a towel to block the space to provide privacy. "
"This hotel was actually really great. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The staff was nice. I did not purchase breakfast so I can't speak on that. We loved that the hotel was in the walking distance of a lot of great things including a Walgreens & CVS for any Last minute or forgotten things. Overall me & my family of 6 definitely enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay here again. "
"Best experience from all the years that I been coming to coco key. Amazing costumer service all around. I want to give a special thank you to Clara from front desk, Sandra from the restaurant and kind man with white shirt they had at the entrance of the water park checking bags. Thank you everyone "

"Check in staff was amazing to deal with. Light hearted. Wish I had taken the ladies name on check in to recognize her personally. Also one of the cleaning ladies got in the elevator with us and had a great chat with us on the short ride. Hotel was clean, staff was fantastic. Kinda wish the parking was included. "

Perfect solution for a flight cancellation! The Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport is a lifesaver when travel plans go awry. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to wait out delays or reschedule flights. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The restaurant, Latitude, serves delicious food and has a great atmosphere. Highly recommend for a stress-free layover or unexpected overnight stay. "
