"We had a lovely stay at The Rutland Arms Hotel. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Bakewell and ideal for exploring the town and surrounding Peak District. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and healthy ingredients. Despite a very large booking being expected they couldn’t do enough to ensure we were able to eat before going out for the evening. The servers too were warm and friendly and you actually felt like they cared about you and your stay. "
