We've stayed for 6 nights, and my husband and I have been truly impressed with the stunning views. The hotel itself is quite good for the price—clean bathroom, peaceful surroundings, and a very restful sleep. I would definitely return again.

I thought the property was well maintained and the welcome was good. It is a budget room so we didn’t expect much but the rooms were nice and the common area was as well. The only down side was some of the pictures were misleading as there were not stacks of fresh towels in the bathroom or mini toiletries. The towels we had were very old and bleach stained. But all in all, worth the money for sure, just wanted to provide honesty.

We did not know until we showed up that this facility has a SHARED BATHROOM. The hotels.com app does not have it listed anywhere. It was a bit inconvenient having to wait to use the shower, toilet & hairdryer. Other than that, the facility is small, clean and quiet.

The property is 2 mins walk from Alpnachstad and Alpnachstad Pilatus Cogwheel train station. The room was spotless clean, the bathroom was lavish, we also got some free coffee, tea and biscuits. The neighbours were lovely and the surroundings were breathtaking.

When we got there it turned out that Hotels.com messed up on our reservation and the hotel never received it and had already filled up all their rooms that night. The owner went out of his way to find us another guesthouse nearby, and allowed us to go back the next day to store our luggage while we went up Pilatus.

On se fait une idée de ce qu'est l'endroit réservé mais il en est tout autre chose à l'arrivée. Une minuscule petite chambre avec une salle de bain commune pour trois chambres. Une toilette est également disponible mais deux étages plus bas. On ajoute à cela un boudoir avec sofa et une table de cuisine. A quoi cette dernière sert telle puisque nous ne pouvons même pas se préparé un repas (interdit). On retrouve également une télé, une cafétière et ce, en aire commune. C'est tout. De plus, aucune isolation entre les chambres car on entend nos voisins ronflés. Par contre, tout est neuf.
