"The room was pretty clean except for the bathroom. The tub was filthy and I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. I called when I left since the office was closed and was told that my bill would be adjusted. But it never was. I took photos and tried to paste here, but it wouldn’t let me. Not sure if I will book next time I come through."

"Had an excellent stay at Willits Best Western Inn during May long weekend. Service and staff behavior was beyond expectations. We left our Apple EarPods at the hotel and the reception staff was very helpful in ensuring the EarPods were kept safe and returned to us the next week. Breakfast was simple but good and rooms were very clean."

"Positive: bed, sheets, pillows towels all super comfortable. I could have stayed in bed all day! Not so positive: room is super small, couldn’t figure out the TV, “updated” with cheap materials but was good for just sleeping there for the night. Got in from Skunk Train at 11pm and left at 8:30 am. Heater is super loud all night and so we turned it off then was cold. If you just need a bed for the night, nothing fancy and fairly cheap it would be fine."

"Many thoughtful details at this boutique hotel like cookies, tea and coffee in the lobby. Simple home cooked breakfasts brought to your door in the mornings. The room we had was very comfortable and clean, the fire place was a really nice touch on cold evenings. Our room had a peek of ocean view from the seating area but otherwise the property is more nestled in the woods. There is no real “farm” to speak of other than a big flock of chickens. Lovey spot, worth coming back for sure."

"Front desk was very accommodating and helpful in getting us checked in early and resolving a small problem we had with our room. We had a very nice meal at the The Wharf restaurant on site"

"The room had multiple items not working including the desk lamp and the door did not close all the way unless you were to slam it. I fell asleep and thought it was locked and woke up to the wind almost blowing it open. Construction going on during the day. And party loud outside at night. It’s cheap and near the ocean but I would not bring children there."

"This place is good for the price and would stay here again since it was clean and rooms look updated. The outside noise can be a bit annoying in the middle of the night. As for the free breakfast, it was a joke. I’m not expecting anything fancy but when all you have is stale bread with no butter/jelly anything to spread on it and cereal and no milk, you might as well just say free Coffee and OJ and I’d be okay with that."

"We stayed here for a stop on our 2 week California Coast road trip. It was our favorite stay of the trip. Clean, updated, comfortable. Beautiful setting! The hotel host Alyssa was friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome! Breakfast was nice with fresh bakery goods, fruit, oatmeal, granola, etc. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!"
