"The first room that I was in had bed bugs and the linen was dirty. Wash cloth and towels had stains on them as well. The staff was ok, they had no problem changing my room but overall, the hotel needs to be remodeled. It’s so much damage to the furniture. The building is terrible."

"I’ve stayed at Courtyards previously and this was not the best. Others had breakfast buffets with a charge. This had an area with Starbucks coffee and a very limited selection. The room was spacious and well equipped. My wife and I don’t like to have daily maid service for a three night stay, so we keep the do not disturb tag on the door. On day one the liquid soap dispenser was empty which I believe should have been filled before our arrival. I tried to use the coffee on morning one, and while the water got hot, it wasn’t pulling the water through the tube to the coffee filter. I was almost scalded by the steam coming from the machine. I decided that coffee wasn’t a necessity and reported the problem when I checked out. The shower was aesthetically pleasing but the water flow was horrible. If you wanted a cold shower the pressure was great, but as you increased the temperature the flow decreased and it was difficult to find a happy middle. I know some people like a firm mattress, but this wasn’t just firm, it was uncomfortable. "
