We stayed at the hotel and were on a family trip. I must commend the hotel and the hotel staff for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and tidy every day, parking was convenient, and the hotel area in general was accessible in every direction. We will definitely return there.

This was a nice spot to stay to visit new york, checked out the mall too. There are barely any grocery stores or restaurants in the area though

Breakfast varied from bagels, yoghurt, toast, tea, coffee, juice, hot chocolate. Room had good ac to keep you warm, it was very cold in Dec 2025, it snowed! Lots of parking. A short walk will take you to truck stop with Dunkin and a 10 minute Uber you can get to East Rutherford shops. From East Rutherford you can catch the NJT station to catch train. The hotel is on a bus route you can catch from the Port Authority bus terminal in NYC. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. You can put your suitcases in the luggage storage in the side of the bus.

The Hotel is located conveniently close to American Dream. It's also close to Biggie's which tastes amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this stay at Fairfield Inn.

Lovely Stay

After staying at a competitor hotel that had no free coffee, no luggage cart to move luggage up 3 floors, no microwave oven in the room, no free breakfast to name a few, it was refreshing to stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites where we felt valued as Guests and appreciated all of the amenities they provided.

Good location and excellent price. Very comfortable beds and clean room. Booked for two nights ended staying extra night. Free parking when other hotels wanted to charge.
