"Perfect location on the Grand Place in Arras. Easy walking to the other large square and cathedral. Staff were very helpful with parking arrangements; there is free parking nearby and free overnight parking in the Grand Place. Breakfast was simple but good. Would recommend this historic hotel."

"We were there for day 1 of the tour and to look around Lille. Enjoyed the hotel - dinner in the restaurant was excellent, breakfasts were great and the room was comfortable and quiet. Its on the tramline and 20 mins to the centre- or 10 minutes uber . Coffee at breakfast wasn't great - but everything else was!"
"I'm in a wheelchair. The pavements in the immediate area were uneven. Building works restricterd the available width. Beggars sitting on the pavements left limited room to pass.
Breakfast foods ran out quickly and were slow to be refilled/replaced.
Otherwise a truly excellent hotel which I would recommend to anyone."
"Fabulous hotel only 2mins walk in from of Lille Flandres station. Brilliant roof top breakfast £12.50 each. We arrived early so the reception allowed us to check in super early which was lovely. Fans in room but great little inexpensive stay for one night. Amazing eateries everywhere. "
