"Perfect location in Allegan. Room was a great size and the private jacuzzi was a fun touch! Staff were helpful and friendly. Price was great especially for a last minute booking. Would stay here again!"

"The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay."

"We loved everything about this hotel!!! The staff was amazing and so friendly!! The rooms were very spacious and very clean. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Best Western!"

"Rates and fees were very confusing. Night to night the rental price fluctuated wildly. Then there were additional fees that added a significant amoubt to a four night stay. When they say tiny cabin they mean it. So just be aware that if you are into "glamping" it might not be for you. Musty/mildew smell from the bath (I think) permeated the space as did the smell from the refrigerator. Not unexpected from a trailer cabin in the woods. Bright spots included WiFi, coffee, tea snd snacks...

"What I like: Convenient locations, facilities, and airport shuttle service. Clean room and friendly staff. Things that need improvement: They missed cleaning my room. They knocked on my door early in the morning by mistake. The room has poor soundproofing. I can hear the TV from the next room and any noise in the hallway."

"Clean room"

"Breakfast was horrible, unfortunately. Sausage tasted like rubber. All hot food was cold and bland. Coffee was rough. Room and staff were great."

"Liked the room layout. Staff was nice. Room was clean."

"N/a"

"Overall, a great stay. The only caveat is hitting my head on the bottom of the flatscreen TV when standing up from picking up items that were placed in front of it. Typically there is a dresser or something under a tv, so you don't encounter those types of issues. Some odd layout of the room with the lack of a closet, etc. Otherwise, the facilities were clean and nice. I would recommend staying and would look to stay again if/when in the area."

"Nice hotel."

"Easy checking. Details of property were explained very clearly. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room Was clean. No maintence issues. Plenty of available parking. Hotel was quiet. Breaks was great."
