"Stunning hotel in every way - staff on reception absolutely fantastic (Russell in particular). One grumble albeit minor, and purely ‘feedback’ …… the cost of drinks in the bar. £7 for a pint of lager is exceptionally high - bar was empty much of the time. Perhaps more commercially priced drinks would encourage guests to remain on site ??"

"Stayed here on many occasions. The rooms are a great size and good bathrooms. Staff as always, courteous, helpful and very friendly. Unfortunately there are a couple of new policies I am not totally enamoured with - it is hardly room service if you have to go down to order and pay for it - I understand their rationale behind this new policy (no room credit), but it's not what you expect from a 4* hotel. "We have stayed fo 3 nights in apartment no3. 6 people .Apartment generally ok. Nothing special but nothing wrong with it. Clean and tidy. The view from the apartment was spectacular. Straight on Tintagel Castle. Will definitely come back again"

"We were very dubious due to some bad reviews but we were really happy with our executive barn with hot tub. Really nice accommodation in a great location which was clean and comfortable throughout. We were also lucky enough our hot tub was hot enough to use on the first night. Only downsides were speed bumps are very severe, WiFi was glitchy and could have done with some sharp knives. But they are minor issues for us. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great hotel in the centre of Plymouth shopping area walked to Plymouth Hoe for a concert 12/15mins but lovely walk. The Staff where amazing check in bar staff Restaurant all so good made you feel very welcome I even told the manager how good it was. Parked in drakes circus car park for 11 hours £15 car was really safe there as some car parks are really tiny if you have a 4x4 you would not get into some places. Certainly stay at this hotel again very happy "

"This was our second visit to Fistral hotel and it was just as good this time as we remembered the first time. The food is always so good, the breakfast totally worth the price, the hotel itself is lovely, has a chilled vibe and perfect views of the beach. But most of all the staff are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble, everyone is so friendly & seem so happy to be there. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in by far! Can’t wait to go back again !!!"
