"Good communication prior to the stay and accommodation clean and presented nicely. Howver it was tiny and not like the pictures. No space at all outside, conservatory was too hot to sit in which was the only area with seats. The bed had no room to get out either side. Not as advertised"

"I've not stayed in a Greene King hotel before (I've plenty of experience of their pubs though!) but it was a nice place to spend a night. The hotel seems fairly newly built and is clean and comfortable. Pros: the bed had plugs and USB sockets right next to it (I hate hotels that make you plug your phone in on the other side of the room). The staff were friendly and welcoming, and gave us extra towels as soon as we asked. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, which honestly is all you really...

"Our stay was everything that we had hoped for - friendly and helpful staff, excellent room with plenty of space,super outdoor space and lovely hanging flowers. It was a Saturday night and we thought it might be a tad noisy, but having been lively and buzzzing earlier, all was calm and quiet at 11pm and we had a really good night's sleep."
