"Three out of four elevators are not working. We’re lucky to stay on first floor. Otherwise we have to wait for the elevator at least five minutes every time to go up and down. Front desk lady is not that patient to explain the Wi-Fi connection information so we have to come to her again for the connect activities. breakfast has a variety of choices specially, gluten-free option which is good in Room amenities are simple but relatively clean except some I find a stain on one of the facial towels"

"They put us in a room below ground level that had water damage near the main windows and a poorly working AC which made the night's hot. No accommodation was made for these problems. The buffet food was okay, but not worth the cost. A few staff members were pleasant and helpful, but for nearly $200 a night it was well over priced. Location was okay for Playa San Juan and some decent restaurants/bars."

"It is a good hotel overall and the location is perfect to get to the beach and town. I felt however that the rooms can do with an update in some parts as they look very dated, e.g the bath/shower. The breakfast was okay, the hot food wasn't hot enough and I would prefer more selection of fruit as it was quite limited in choice. Staff were very nice, helpful and polite ans the rooms were clean. We were a little disappointed that our rooms were not ready upon arrival as it was 3.30pm and check in is at 3pm. Slightly mixed review here but I would stay there again due to the location and value for money."

"Very comfortable rooms, in reception when Briza arrived it was super nice and friendly. At the restaurant, Ana provided all foods quickly and helpfully. Restaurant dont have a lot food. The rest of the staff, normal, made no difference/Muy comodas las habitaciones, en recepción al llegar Briza fue super agradable y gentil. En el restaurante Ana facilitaba todos los alimentos de forma rapida y servicial. En el restaurante la variedad de alimentos es limitada para ser 4 estrellas. El resto del personal, normal, no hacian diferencia alguna. "

"Friendly efficient check in, good location to the Lucerous metro & a short walk to the front esplanade. Clean room & comfortable bed & pillows. Big bathroom & plenty of hot water. Old style & a bit tired hotel & noisy corridors."

"We have stayed here many times, it has been a few years since being back ! I would say that they have let the complex deteriorate somewhat and its standard has certainly been lowered! Sad we really liked it here. Unfortunately we have planned and payed for another night before we fly out. Could be the last stay we have here, you really need to look at what you aren’t doing for your customers."
