Great accommodation in the city center. It's really close to many tourist spots, which are within walking distance. It's an excellent place to stay, relax and enjoy Alicante! Highly recommended!

Alicante holiday.

Excellent accommodation in Alicante. Good location for shops, beach, Old Town ,restaurants, public transport. Close to Castle. Apartment has good soundproofing and air conditioning. Good amenities.

It's a great place to stay as it's very central, almost half way between the train station and the esplanade. Right in the hub of local dining and only 6 or 7 minute walk from the old town. Keyless entry was very handy. Marco who met us was very friendly and explained the setup perfectly.

Fabulous apartment , everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Alicante . It’s very central so you have lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance along with the harbour and the beach ….. and after all of that walking you can relax in the jacuzzi ! I really can’t fault it .

Spacious, comfy, and clean

My husband & I stayed here during our week long Alicante stay. We were met outside the apartment about 10minutes or so after arriving. She gave us information on how to enter both the building and the apartment. It was very spacious and clean. Since it was the penthouse we had a nice balcony with table & chairs. The kitchen has several things we needed for our stay (they provided some cleaning items and toilet paper) but we still had to make a run to the store for extra paper goods. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. An extra blanket would have been a nice-to-have. The apartment has a dining table and chairs and a sofa. A nice to have would be a living room chair to watch TV. It was a little awkward to have the master bathroom in the bedroom but the toilet is off the living room, but we made it work. The shower and the tub (didn't use) were huge. We loved the location and were able to easily walk to the beach, restaurants, promenade, train & tram station. There was a beach umbrella but we had to buy a beach towels. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

We were staying in the premier suits with the terrace. Spacious apartment with fresh decor. Two digital TVs, but no English channels so need Chrome cast. The room offered all modern conveniences: digital hob, microwave, dishwasher and the washing machine, nestle gusto coffee machine. We were given washing tablets, a cloth, bin bags and washing liquid which was very useful. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet at night without loud noises from the outside. Location was perfect, the market and a big grocery shop was within less than 5 mins walk. Beach was about 15 mins walk. The only downside for us was the check in process that wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand and I’ve discussed it with the representative. I would stay in this apartment again.

"Emplacement top, séjour agréable et sécurisé !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal, tout est à proximité, ce qui est parfait, surtout en hors saison. Nous avons même pu entrer plus tôt dans l’appartement, ce qui était un vrai plus. À notre arrivée, je n’avais pas bien compris comment accéder à l’appartement, mais après avoir appelé le numéro fourni dans le message de l’hôtel, j’ai immédiatement eu quelqu’un au téléphone. Une personne est venue rapidement nous accueillir et nous faire entrer, ce qui était vraiment top ! Cela nous a évité de nous balader toute la journée avec nos bagages, surtout après une arrivée matinale. Un autre point appréciable : un service de garde de bagages est disponible à seulement trois rues de l’appartement, avec toilettes et salle de bain à disposition, ce qui est très pratique. Côté confort, tout était bien, mais petite mention spéciale au ballon d’eau chaude qui, lui, est en mode "team rapide" : mieux vaut ne pas traîner sous la douche si vous êtes quatre, sinon le dernier finit en mode "bain nordique" ! 😅 L’insonorisation des fenêtres est aussi un peu légère pour ceux qui dorment dans le salon, mais heureusement, aucun bruit désagréable la nuit grâce au poste de police juste en bas de la rue. On peut dire que c’est un quartier ultra-sécurisé ! Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir ! 😊
