Great location Friendly staff Room really good but no full length mirror

Happy to get a room upgrade, however we were not offered the wine as our Gold amenity upon check in. Only later when I remembered I called them and after a while they were able to confirm it. They also forgot to bring our welcome drinks to our room after check in (we had a sip in the lobby but prefered to finish them in the room as it was quite late) I did not like the dustbin in the toilet, very loud and unsightly for a five star hotel. Everything else was superb.
