I was disappointed that the coffee bar and bar was closed at this time of year. There was no kettle in the room to make a coffee.

The location was excellent and breakfast was very good. However, first night no towels were in the room and when night porter informed in morning as we arrived late previous night waited 2hrs and still no towels. Had to go down to reception to again inform. Asked for quiet room and put in room on main road. Again spoke with receptionist after first night and she wasn’t interested. Notably the hotel requested full payment on arrival. Net curtains in room dirty and unclean sheets. No kettle in room which was disappointing. Having paid 496 Euros for 4 nights it was quite disappointing. Overall location and breakfast were good otherwise dissatisfied!

Staff were bilingual, friendly and approachable. Very clean hotel. The elevator took very long to arrive and wasn't sure it was working at certain points. Breakfast variety was ok. More English speaking channels would have been nice. It was my mother's and I birthday, it would have been nice to receive something of acknowledgment - nothing big, just a little card or something..... But all in all a great hotel!
