"Pleasant staff, beautiful setting. Great breakfast. Nice, deep bath and appreciated the kettle and china cups and saucers with tea and coffee in room. Nice linens. Quiet."

"Nice standard aparthotel with basic cooking facilities, including a two ring hob and microwave that did much more if you have the know how. Dishwasher but only one tablet! Parking needs visit to Reception and very tight small spaces underground. Well located for centre. Free coffee and tea in tap along with breakfast croissants."

"We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend."

"Rooms have names not numbers and our room was called Tokyo. The room theme was Japanese and very nice, spotlessly clean as well, I saw other room names, including Paria, Vienna and Casablanca but can only imagine their decor, bur imagine they would be good fum. The only disadvantage for me personally was the numer of stairs to the bedroom and the low height of the Japanese style bed"

"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. "The hotel is well placed for visiting Nottingham and with good parking facilities close by. There are also some decent pubs near by to eat at and in walking distance a range of eateries, etc. The room that I stayed at was clean but small, but as a single traveller adequate. The shower worked well and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits and the tv was adequate. The staff were all helpful, friendly and efficient. "My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. "The room was dirty including the ‘clean’ bedding which was hairy. The bed was built by Ikea flat pack and someone’s hopes and dreams which did not come true - it creaked with every move! The room was spacious but what’s the point! It was hot with limited windows to open because of H&S but I had to prop one open with a spoon as the restrictor was broken. Only one set of towels despite the booking being for 2 people. The location is heart of city centre which was perfect except for noise until 3am...
