"From the start to the end of our stay it was amazing. We could store our luggage and go away until the check in time. When we arrived back our luggage was even put into our apartment. The apartment was a home away from home with everything you would need, teas, sugar, sachets of milk, washing up liquid, sponge, tea towel. fluffy towels, shamppo, conditioner, hand-wash and body wash.
David was so welcoming and friendly every we saw him.
This will now be my go to place to stay when I visit...
"For the price that I paid I was absolutely well pleased with this place! The staff are friendly and very welcoming, the place itself is light, airy and very clean!
The room itself is lovely and relaxing, the bed was nice and comfortable and to boot, the property was in a small courtyard area away from the Main Street, so considering you’re slap bang in the middle of Nottingham, there’s very little noise throughout the night!
Genuinely one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in! Highly recommend "
"Staff was very friendly. Loved the waiter Christopher in the hotel restaurant/bar. Morning breakfast was amazing, tons of choices. Location was excellent, walking distance to downtown and all the shops and pubs. Highly recommend."
"The staff were all very kind and friendly. I am Japanese and my English is not very good, but they treated me with great courtesy. The only thing that concerned me was that the shampoo was not replenished during my stay, though I believe it would have been resolved if I had simply asked."
"Lovely property. Nice and clean. Great range of features in the room including oven, microwave and fridge. Extremely comfy bed, and great aircon system for keeping cool. Location is just outside the main city centre area, so you are not blighted by the associated noise. But attractions are still within a comfortable walking distance, or their are bus services/stops in close vicinity. Overall a great stay."
"Spacious, clean, modern and quiet rooms. Parking available (though you have to pay £5 for 24 hours). Very close to the city Center, just a £6 Uber ride away.

"Second stay at this hotel and glad I returned. Lovely and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Room nice and comfortable. Breakfast good choice. Is a great location in the city.
Only issue was the scary carpark - really steep slope and corner to navigate. Not sure I would use again and just go with the NCP near hotel instead. "

"Outstanding! I will most certainly be staying again when I’m working in Nottingham, I’d actually go as far as saying it the best hotel room I have stayed in for years. I like the code entry, no person waiting around for you. The self catering mini apartment is fit for all needs, was lovely cooling for myself and sitting on the sofa watching streaming services on the smart tv, made it a much more comfy stay than if I’dv been couped in my hotel room elsewhere as I was there 2 nights. Really...
