Quiet and helpful

This hotel is pretty central, clean and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful, storing my bag for a couple of days free of charge. Decor is a bit tired but overall I'd be happy to stay again. Decent continental breakfast, didn't have dinner.

Fine for a stop stay

Very welcoming hosts and breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean was clean and tidy. Our main issue was the level of noise that could be heard from our room. From Above next door and from the hallway.

The room was in a generally poor state - there were no proper blinds, just a light voile, so there was no way to darken the room. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The central heating was not working, so there was an air conditioner with a heating function, which was very noisy. The seal from the shower screen was not intact anymore, so there was plenty of water leaking. The toilet seat was not fixed, but only lying loosely and had no lid. The location was convenient and staff friendly.

Ok for a short stay. Breakfast only from 08:30 onwards, not ideal for hiking or motorbiking. Hotel needs some maintenance.

Déçu de notre séjour

Nous avobs reserve plusieur chambres 2 double et une single arrive sur le lieu nous avons du nous battre pour avoir une chambre double car plus de chambre libre juste une single nous avons quand même reserver en mars En plus de ca les chambres etait affichés a 80 euro et sur le site hotels .com nous avons paye 95 euro la chambre plus 19 euro de taxe une sacrée difference quand mêmes En plus une personnes qui nous avvolpagnait voulait payer avec des cheques vacances comme s etait indiquer sur leur site arrive la bas on nous dit n accepte pas les chèques vacance donc elle a du paye 234 euro pour deux nuit avec ca carte ce qui fait un sacres cout Les chambres sont dans leur jus le prix n est pas justifier

un hôtel vieillissant mais un personnel qui fait des efforts pour etre à la hauteur. Par contre, au petit déjeuner du pain rassis, un café avec une senseo, des dosettes sales, du miel de chez Metro le tout pour 12.50€. L'hotel demande d'etre eco responsable sur les serviettes, mais il faut faire couler l'eau au moins 15 min pour avoir de l'eau chaude. dans la chambre le matelas est dur mais dans une matière que je connais pas, une taille de 120cm de large et j'ai du rebrancher la TV prise et antenne en montant sur une chaise.

Il aurait été judicieux de préciser que l'accès voiture n'est pas dans la rue de l'adresse mais dans une rue parallèle. Pas de réceptionniste, les clés de la chambre dans une enveloppe sur le comptoir (prévenu par un sms le jour de l'arrivée). Une personne présente uniquement au moment du petit déjeuner. Décevant pour un établissement qui revendique deux étoiles.

La chambre n'était pas préparée pour 3 personnes. Une serviette dans la salle d'eau, une tasse pour le café-tisane. Pas de chauffage et heureusement car le troisième lis avait comme tête de lit le radiateur. Mon animal de compagnie n'a pas eu son eau et sa gamelle. Petit déjeuner très bien. C'est décevant.
