"Place was great. Better than expected."

"The walk ways were covered in dog poop. Inside the room the ceiling looked like it was ready to cave in. The side of the toilet was covered in poop. The room was not cleaned properly, there was food in the fridge and trash on the floor. When we reported the issues they apologized. But nothing was cleaned."
