โรงแรมใกล้ศูนย์อลาริโอ, นิวออร์ลีนส์

"The staff had great customer service. Made me feel at home. The hotel room was clean the only negative is that the outlets did not work. I had to unplug the tv to be able to charge my phone. Or plug in my blow dryer. The water in the shower was opposite, cold=hot hot=cold. They had complimentary breakfast and it was yummy and had many options! Even chocolate chips for the waffles!"

"Everything was great except the room had a horrible smell of mold. Otherwise it was relatively clean and had good phone chargers and laundry on site. Would be a 5 out of 5 if not for the mold!"

"The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

"Quiet location with several restaurants options nearby . Would stay here again staff was very friendly."

"Our stay was absolutely magnificent! I consider myself quite particular when it comes to accommodations, and this property exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate from top to bottom, with exceptional cleanliness, security, and privacy; all of which were especially appreciated while traveling for a work conference. The entire experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely be staying here again!"

"Very helpful staff"

"Have to pay for parking!"

"Not a place I would recommend unless you are an influencer."

"Noise from elevators was loud in our room. Bathroom sink faucet was very loose and needed two hands to operate. Room keys for original room did not work, front desk blamed it on the lock and had us change rooms."

"No pool and no bre"

"We really enjoyed our stay! And the staff were all super friendly and helpful. This is also an excellent location with very easy access to the downtown amenities."
