"The interior of the property is very shabby. The couches in the lobby, and everywhere in the hotel was very dirty and stained. The train horn specially in the night and early morning makes it difficult to sleep but the staff is very helpful, friendly."

Brace yourself for sub-average Radisson Blu polish and finish — ratty bathrobes that are threadbare and stained, sealant in the bathrooms long since gone, and a room safe that isn’t actually bolted in and can simply be lifted in its entirety do not belong in this brand. However the breakfast was beautiful, the staff helpful, and the sheets impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings were very well maintained. If you’re swinging through Pune for work this is a perfect option. If you’re looking for something truly beautiful for a vacation, I’d maybe look elsewhere."
