"The room and bathroom were spotless and it had a screened in private balcony with chairs and a table. The bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen at a hotel with a giant jacuzzi tub and a very large glass door shower. We were facing the pool but had no problems with noise from it (though it was November, not prime summer). We had very noisy neighbors our first night until midnight but that's not the resort's fault and the next two nights were very quiet. We ate at the sports bar attached our first evening and it was very good food for cheaper than you'd expect. We weren't in the hotel much other than to sleep but staff was always patrolling and you had to have a pass just to enter the grounds so it felt very safe."

"Room was clean, beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly during check in. Only downside, nothing major, was the WiFi would blip in and out but that was understandable song as how many people were staying in the hotel. Overall, it was the best hotel I’ve stayed in"

"I took my husband here for his birthday. As a former Disney employee we've been to a good amount of hotels in the Orlando area mainly Disney hotels and some outside of Disney. This hotel was amazing for the price. If you are on a budget or just want something more affordable this is a great option. The service, cleanliness, staff, convenience was such a good experience. We didn't have any issues. Very streamlined process. But our favorite part was the food and food options. They had so much variety and the food actually tasted good. Compared to other hotels we've visited where the food was bland and overpriced. We already decided we are going to be coming back and checking out other universal hotels as this was our first experience at one of their hotels. And it was a great one. "
