"We booked an Executive King Room and had high expectations, but our stay started off very poorly. Our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room next door had children crying and yelling late into the night, making it difficult to relax or sleep. "Super cute older hotel. They have a lot of cute updated features that make it so cute. I loved the pool and hot tub hours!!! They are actually open late! They had live music by the pool, with very nice cabanas. And free wine tasting Saturday night. The dinner cruise out of Zephyr cove picks you up outside the hotel. The location is perfect. Two blocks to the gondola, and two blocks to the beach. There is a very good restaurant and bar attached to the property, and they are pet friendly."

"There were some ants in the room.
The bed was well passed needing to be replaced.
There was some long strands of hair on the bedspread.
The sink would not drain as the stopper was broken. Maintenance came by quickly and said the owner wants all stoppers removed. The fix was to remove the stopper. If a ring slips off your finger then you are out of luck.
The flooring in the bathroom had cracks and missing chunks.
There were mirrors everywhere - if you like that then I suppose its okay.
