"The hotel is very beautiful with absolutely stunning gardens – the grounds really make a big impression and create a wonderful atmosphere. The food is very good and the staff is polite and friendly. However, you need to be very careful with room location. Rooms not facing the garden are very noisy, which can significantly affect the stay. Communication by email is also quite poor – we never received replies to some of our emails, including one regarding flowers that were delivered to the hotel and were unfortunately of very poor quality. Overall, we have mixed feelings. On one hand, it is a wonderful and impressive hotel, especially because of the gardens. On the other hand, small issues like noise and lack of email communication negatively affect the overall experience. We would still recommend the hotel, but strongly advise choosing a garden-facing room and confirming important requests in advance."

The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the beach, and the hotel itself is a peaceful haven. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere—ideal for unwinding. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with a great selection to start the day. Overall, it’s a quiet, relaxing place that I’d happily return to and highly recommend, especially for a peaceful getaway with family."

"The staff are this hotels main assist and are very freindly and helpful. Our room and the communal areas have seen better days. Food is plentiful and well cooked although a little repetitive. All in all we had a good stay. "

"A real shame. The hotel looked a bit tired. Can stop thinking about the £10 they charged me for a coke and the fact there was nothing available but a £40 lunch buffet which I regretted as soon as I sat down. There are better places for the money."

"The rooms are tired and need refurbishing. The breakfast was average. Mostly fresh but birds pecking on food and staff not bothered. Cleared my drinks away whilst I went to get my food. Pool area was well kept and looks great."
